Personal Guidance & Growth
In an effort to have closer engagement with the students, the College started the Mentorship Programme in 2016. The setup of this programme involves allocating a certain number of students/mentees (not more than 15) per teacher. The responsibility of the concerned teacher is to monitor the progress of the students, provide personal guidance, and foster academic and personal growth.
How Mentorship Works at JMC
Closer Engagement
Creating a safe space for close personal engagement between faculty and students beyond traditional lectures.
Small Ratios
Each mentor is allocated a small group of no more than 15 mentees to ensure personalized attention and support.
Continuous Monitoring
Regular touchpoints to monitor academic progression, address learning gaps, and support individual student career aims.
